RETURNS & EXCHANGE
The images of the products on our site are for illustration only. We had made every effort to display the colours as accurately as it could and we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the actuality of the products. The products you had purchased may vary slightly from those images or from different batch of production.
Although we had made our best effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weight, thickness and dimensions or measurements shall have a tolerance of up to 5% (percent). Cut-to-Size dimensional accuracy shall have a tolerance of up to 1.0mm.
Return of Defective Products:
If the Products that are defective or materials defect or not as described, you can contact us via telephone call or email to inform us about the defective Products within 7 (seven) days from your receipt of the Products. We shall arrange for a one for one exchange, for the defectives or not as described Products at the same address we had delivered it. In the case of we do not have any Products available for replacement, we shall refund you the full amount you had paid for this said defective Products plus the delivery charges if any.
Exchange of Purchases:
You may request to exchange the Products you ordered (customize cut-size and customize made Products, willful damage, any alternation by you, negligence by you & etc are not exchangeable or returnable) to another Product of equal value or higher, you may need to top-up the difference in payment. You shall bring the Products you want to change, to our Shop at No. 9 Playfair Road, Singapore 367985 for the exchange. If you require our delivery services for the collection and returning of the Products, the costs shall be between $21.40/trip to $32.10/trip, inclusive of the 7% GST (base on your locality).
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date stated in or Order Acknowledgement, unless there is an Event beyond our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to receive the Products, we will leave you an Information Card on how to claim the Products.
You have the legal obligation to keep the Product in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of the delivery.
Our apology for being unable to deliver to addresses outside of Singapore.
Both of us agreed that neither party shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in the Contract. We will not responsible to you for any loss or damage that is unforeseeable. You agreed that we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business opportunity and business interruption. Our total liability to you in connection with the Contract shall be in no circumstances exceed the price of the Products.
